1. Delivery Areas & Timeframes

📦 Next-Day Delivery

⏰ Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Fees

📦 Flat Rate AED 30 for orders below AED 300

3. Order Processing & Tracking

✔ Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an SMS/Email once your order is confirmed.
✔ Dispatch Notification: We’ll notify you when your order is out for delivery.

4. Delivery Guidelines

✔ Age Verification (21+ Policy):

  • Valid Emirates ID/Passport required upon delivery.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, the package will not be left unattended.

✔ Discreet Packaging:

  • All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for privacy.

❌ We Do Not Ship:

  • To P.O. Boxes

5. Failed Deliveries & Reshipments

  • 1st Attempt: Free

  • 2nd Attempt: AED 10 fee (if the recipient is unavailable)

  • Order Cancellation: If undelivered after 2 attempts, the order will be canceled and refunded (excluding shipping fees).
